GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The website shop.vividus.it is managed by Vividus srl which has its official address in via Padova 57, Tencarola di Selvazzano (PD) Italy.
Its fiscal code is 02201320286 and is a registered company REA 214538/Padua with a company capital of 75.000€.
The general conditions of sale, unless otherwise herein mentioned are regulated by Decree Law 206/2005, Part III, Title III, Cap. I, Section II regarding sale by correspondence.
Product Availability
If the quantity ordered for any product is more than the quantity available, shop.vividus.it will accept the order to the amount available. The client will be advised by email of any change prior to delivery.
Accepting order
With the sending of the order the client transmits to shop.vividus.it the proposal to buy and expresses its consent to receive correspondence to finalize the sale contract.
shop.vividus.it will confirm by an electronic message the receipt of the order which will be assigned a ”Client order number” which must be used in any further correspondence with shop.vividus.it
The client is requested to print and keep the email.
shop.vividus.it will then arrange to handover the goods to.

Delivery
For the delivery service shop.vividus.it utilizes GLS srl or Bartolini Spa e their partners.
Normal delivery times:
Italy – within 5 working days(Saturday and Sunday excluded) for other countries – within 10 working days (Saturday and Sunday excluded) The times are indicated by the transport company and so we are not able to guarantee them. During the month of August the time may be a little longer due to the summer holiday period in Italy.
If the transport company is not able to delivery due to the absence of the recipient, after two attempts the transport company with leave a notice indicating contact details to arrange delivery. In the case of damage or if the package has been opened REFUSE TO ACCEPT it at the moment of delivery. When the product has been returned shop.vividus.it with redelivery at its own expense. The client is invited to contact shop.vividus.it in the case of late delivery or any other anomaly.
If the purchase payment is by Credit Card or Paypal shop.vivius.it will process the order immediately and proceed with the delivery as soon as possible. If the purchase payment is by pre-paid bank transfer the order will be processed only when the total payment has been credited to the Vividus bank account.
Right to withdraw
The client has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 days of receiving the product without reason or penalty. The withdrawal must be done through registered post sent to Vividus srl, via Tito Peri 13, Montegrotto Terme (PD) Italy within the overmentioned time which will commence from the date of the postmark.
The product together with the withdrawal letter must be sent to the same Vividus srl at the abovementioned address. If the product has been opened or is not integral the right of withdrawal will be renounced.
The costs related to the right to withdraw and the return of the product are at the client’s expense. The exercise to withdraw in compliance with the present conditions gives the client the right to receive the amount paid less any eventual transport costs.
Warranty
shop.vividus.it guarantees that its products are without defects and comply with the sales contract. To comply with means that the product is ideal for the use intended and corresponds to the description and presents characteristics typical of a similar type of product.
The warranty gives the right to repair or substitute the product in the least expensive way for shop.vividus.it
The warranty will not be applied in the case of improper use of the product, neglect or the non compliance with the instructions of use and furthermore in the case of maintenance carried out by persons non authorized by shop.vividus.it and to defects that are not attributable to manufacturing vices.
